Who we are
Upmoni Games is the games brand of Upmoni LLC. This notice covers upmoni.games and all of our games. Not every game offers every feature described here; each section applies to the games that offer that feature.
Website and support
This website has no analytics, advertising scripts, contact forms or cookies set by its code. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
For privacy requests, email privacy@upmoni.games. For game support, email support@upmoni.games. We use your address, message and any attachments to handle your request. Include the game name and avoid sending passwords or payment-card details.
Your game information
Our games save progress, balances, profile preferences and pending changes on your device. Sound, music, vibration and tutorial settings stay in local settings. Your device or operating-system backup may also hold a copy of game files.
When you use online features, a game sends account and device identifiers, authentication checks, your profile name and avatar choice, progress, achievements, scores and game results to our Cloudflare-hosted service. Balances and purchase records help us synchronize play, deliver purchases and prevent fraud. Guest accounts can also have server records; Game Center sign-in is not required for this.
Apple services
In games that use Game Center, Game Center handles scores and achievements linked to your Game Center identity. Other players can see Game Center names and rankings, and the achievement title you choose to show.
If you are signed in to Game Center, such a game links your game account to your Game Center player automatically, without a separate sign-in screen. We keep your Game Center player identifier with your account so you can restore your progress after reinstalling the game or on another device. If that player is already linked to another account in the same game, your current game is not merged or moved; after a reinstall, the linked account opens instead. To keep a game unlinked, sign out of Game Center in your device settings before opening it.
Apple handles in-app payments; we receive transaction and entitlement details to deliver purchases and process refunds, not your full payment-card details. Apple's App Attest service helps protect accounts and purchases.
Ads and privacy choices
Games that show ads use Google AdMob for ads and Google's consent service for privacy choices. We request non-personalized ads and disable Google's publisher first-party identifier. Our games do not ask for Apple's tracking permission.
Google can still process approximate location inferred from your IP address, device identifiers, ads seen, interactions, performance and diagnostic data. These support ad delivery, reporting, service improvement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads can still use identifiers to limit repeated ads and produce reports; they do not mean that no data is collected.
When required, the game offers privacy choices and a Settings option to revisit them. Changing consent does not erase information already held by Google.
Deleting your account
In a game with an online account, open Settings and choose Delete account. A connection is needed. The 30-day cancellation period starts when our server accepts and saves your request; the game shows the exact deletion date and time.
Choose Cancel deletion request before that deadline to keep your account. Signing in does not cancel deletion, and repeating the request does not extend the deadline. You can play and use purchases normally while waiting; time-limited benefits keep their original expiry dates.
At the deadline, cancellation closes and deletion proceeds. Your account, profile, progress, in-game currency, items and purchased game benefits are permanently removed, including paid currency and permanent ad removal. They cannot be recovered or transferred. This does not request or issue an Apple refund. The game shows when processing is complete. Uninstalling or signing out does not request deletion.
Records and backups
Our policy limits necessary technical error logs to 7 days, or less where the service plan provides a shorter period. Detailed request, message-body and identity logging, and request tracing, are disabled by default.
We use only Cloudflare's built-in database recovery history, with a maximum 30-day window. After active account data is deleted, earlier backup copies leave that window within at most 30 days. Backup recovery must respect completed account deletions.
Limited identifiers, identity hashes and deletion status and dates remain to prevent an old sign-in or purchase update from recreating a deleted account and to confirm the result to returning devices. They cannot restore your progress, balances or purchases.
An offline device can clear its copy after reconnecting and confirming deletion. Apple manages its own purchase history and Game Center records; Google and Cloudflare also manage their own service or security records. Our log and backup limits do not set retention periods for those independent records or your personal device backups.
Audience and your choices
Our games are for a general audience and are not designed specifically for children. We do not ask for your date of birth. This does not mean that every player is an adult.
You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your information at privacy@upmoni.games. Your available rights depend on where you live. In-game privacy choices and account deletion are described above. Our service providers may process information outside your country.
